I need to find a QR code to set up Adobe Authenticator on a new phone

I need to set up Adobe Authenticator on a new phone, but the app asks me for a code that I can't find in the desktop account settings. I've tried turning two-factor authentication off and on, and it confirms the connection has been reestablished, but it doesn't give me a QR code.

The only explanation I can think of is that the QR code would be displayed in the app on the old phone. However, that phone has since been erased.

Does anyone know how I can gain access to the Adobe Authenticator app? And if I need the QR code, where can I find it?

Thank you.

hi - how do you do this now in 2025? This link doesn't take you to anything useful in terms of adding Adobe accounts to the Microsoft Authenticator app
