I need to install the Adobe Cloud in a new Laptop (Mac)

Hello I already pay for an Adobe Cloud Package on yearly basis.

I need to install the Adobe Cloud to use it in a new laptop (MacBook Pro) as I can sign-off if I am not using my Imac.

When I try to download the installer I receive a message saying the Image Disk Drive is demaged and I should eject it, when I click ok nothing happens.

Please advise as I need to work on some InDesign files.

Thanks for your advise.

best,

Laura

Hi Laura,

Sorry that you are having trouble installing your Adobe Creative Cloud apps on your new Mac machine as it fails with an error message.

I would suggest you to try the troubleshooting shared in the following help document and see if that helps:Installing Creative Cloud on macOS 10.12 (Sierra).

Google Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App for Mac.

Find a link in the google search results to Download and install the CC DTA.

Install that and then in the CC DTA install the CC apps you have a subscription for.

Note: You can only be Signed In on 2 computer at the same time and only use one of those computers at a time. So if you want to use it on 3 different computers you will need to Sign out on one of the other 2 and then sign in on the third. You'll have to repeat that process when going back to the one computer you sign out of.
