I need to install the CC products on a new computer, but it doesn't recognizes my password even when I'm logged in

I'm an Adobe CC member and need to install the CC products on a new computer. When I download CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg and I double click to install, it requires my password but it doesn't recognizes it even when I'm logged in. Somebody knows what happens?

Are you using a Mac?  It might be the Mac requiring you to enter your system password.
