Question

I need to log out from two computers - without access to these computers

Hi helpful Adobe Cloud team,

I find myself in a tricky situation where I need to sign out from the two computers I used my Adobe account - without access to these computers (one was my previous office computer, other a laptop that's not working). How can I delete these computers from my account without physically signing out with those machines? Can I somehow 'freeze' my account so that the account settings are set to default?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Can you sign in to your account? (Adobe ID and password)

If yes:

Go to "manage your subscription".

There is a section where you can see your machines and a "deactivate" button.

Can also sign out remotely from computers where access is no longer possible via the Cloud account page

Manage Plan > Activated Devices > Deactivate

Sign in and sign out to activate or deactivate Creative Cloud apps
