I need to start a discussion with an Adobe guy not talk to the universe!

I am still holding awaiting to talk to the specialist that the first Adobe service guy said he was forwarding my problem to.  Is there any live person  in the Adobe system that I can get in contact with--right now Adobe is only speaking to me in elevator music.?
