I own Adobe cs6 and I just signed up for Adobe Creative Cloud membership. I've logged on and I get to a download screen for Ps (Photoshop) and I get a screen titled "Creative Cloud"  with tabs "Home, Apps, Files, Behance" The "Apps" tab is bold and there is a spinning circle indicating that something is happening. However, I left my my computer 6 hours agos and nothing has happened. I just started it again and nothing is happening again. How do I download apps with my Creative Cloud subsription? I am using a 2011 Mac Pro with OSX 10.9.2.

Hi mkhanda,

Please refer the article:Troubleshoot download and install issues.

Additionally you may try the direct download: Download New Adobe CC Trials: Direct Links (no Assistant/Manager) | ProDesignTools.

Note: Kindly follow the very important instructions before download.

For some reason it is have an issue trying to access your account. Make sure you are connected with eithernet or other hard wire setup. Wifi has been known to cause issues once in awhile.

Check your firewall make sure it is not blocking the adobe manager.

Try quiting the program completely then restarting it, that may help. (Click on the icon that looks like a gear. Select quit from there. Clicking the exit button in the top right corner only minimizes the program allowing to still run in the background)

There is a creative cloud forum that may be more help, since it is dedicated these issues. Adobe Creative Cloud or Creative Cloud Connection or Downloading, Installing, Setting Up
