I own CS6 and use it on my laptop. How can my partner use it on another computer?

I want my business partner to be able to install and use my version of CS6. I own a single license agreement which allows me to install on two computers. It states that I can only use it on one computer at any given time. How does this work? Can I teach my business partner my editing skills via email while we are both using the CS6 program, both of us in different locations?
