I paid but i don't have anything

I just get 1 week earlier, the Mensuel 10Euros, for Photoshop and Lightroom, but since this i'm at the "evaluation test" f this software and even my acount don't show me my products, i don't have mails, but my account was debited. Just what happens Adobe, please, i need Photoshop
