I paid Creative cloud for at least month before and it's not working

My school gave opportunities to students to use creative cloud if we pay $10. It's been more than a month now and it still says to pay for photoshop, illustrator and stuffs. I asked the teachers why this is happening and they said I have to download it so I downloaded it but it keeps saying that I need to pay for it.

what can I do?
