I paid fo the program and it said it was downloaded but I do not see it on my desk top. Where would it be?
Does anyone know of an issue like this? Not sure how to resolve

For Downloads, check with Downloads folder.
Windows : press Ctrl + J both together , it will open Downloads list,
Mac: Finder > GO > Downloads.
Installation locations:
Windows :
C: > Program Files > Adobe
C: > Program Files(x86) > Adobe.
Mac :
Applications folder.
