I was charged for double downloads.  I only wanted the pc version of adobe photo elements and premier student version.  How can my credit card be credited?

    i have Acrobat Reader DC

    and Acrobat DC. I was trying to make a payment and accidently downloaded one i didnt need. 

    which is Reader DC. Please cancel and credit my account, Thank You.
