I paid for a full one-year subscription to InDesign, but when I go into the app all I can see are the tutorials?

I downloaded Creative Cloud and subsequently InDesign, but when I clicked on the ID icon it would only let me view tutorials- I cannot access the full app. What's the problem?

    click the executable.

    if you have a mac os, that's in your applications folder.  if you have windows that's in your programs or programs x86 directory.

    if there is no executable there, follow solution 2 here, CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed
