I paid for the CC Photography package ($9.99/ month) but when i go in my interface it doesnt give me the option to download photoshop & lightroom. It just says buy now, and tries to get me to pay all over again.

I'm having the same problem. A couple of months ago I had a question and was able to call a phone number and somebody helped me install the programs remotely. Is this option gone now?
