I paid for this month of creative could and cancelled the same day, I was promised that I would have the month for CC that I paid for but on recieved email and on desktop app I am no longer a subscriber and only have trial version of apps

I don't work for Adobe, but I will GUESS that an instant cancellation was treated like no subscription... ask Adobe
