I paid the account but my portfolio wasn't published

I imported my behance's portfolio to the adobe portfolio. But when it was about to finish and get published the website show me the payment page. I made the payment, but the portfolio was not published. When I back to website to try publish the portfolio the page changed to the payment page again and again.

So what I have to do to have my portfolio online?

This is very important.  Did you log-in to Portfolio with your paid Adobe ID and password?  Can you log-in to Behance with the exact SAME ID and password?  If not, submit a help request to the Adobe Behance/Portfolio team below.

Hi,

 

Check the plans page for Creative Cloud under your Adobe ID account:

 

https://account.adobe.com/plans

 

Sometimes it can take the better part of a day for Adobe to process a new payment and activate your subscription – so if you already paid, then it should soon show up and register there as valid and active.

 

At that point, you could repeat the process you described above and it should work.
