i pay for full year and after 6 months my pc cant download any more apps adobe ask me to pay again

Can you help me i have more 3 months on my license and I can't download any apps on my pc 
idk why it happens.

Beng, have you been provided a license through your school for the last three months? I see that you just started a new individual Creative Cloud subscription today. Most organizations block access to individual subscriptions if they offer their own, which could explain the current errors you are encountering.

Do the existing apps that are already installed continue to work?

 

One possible reason for not being able to download new apps is that your computer does not meet the system requirements for the application. See this help page, then click the link for an app you are trying to download for its requirements.
