    You cannot "purchase" Adobe software any longer, and have not been able to for quite a while. Unless you purchased a very old version ("Creative Suite" as opposed to "Creative Cloud") then you should actually be seeing a monthly (or perhaps anual) bill from CC. You must sign in to your Adobe ID to verify your license (post Creative Suite), so you should see this screen when you launch an app from CC:

     

    If you don't see this sign in screen (or something like it), you may have an older version of the app/apps and will probably need to contact support directly.
