I purchased a combo pack the download will not acknowledge my serial numbers

Question

I purchased the above mentioned combo pack on September 5, 2103 (Order #AD009301367). Apparently I did not get the complete package downloaded back then. I have been working with the Premier Elements organizing my photos, but when I went to begin creating projects, it tells me I do not have all I need. I am mising photoshop elements. I cannot download it because the customer site will not acknowledge my serial number. Can I get help with this. Without the photoshop portion of this package, the entire purchase is useless.

Serial numbers should not have anything to do with downloading the application. Try downloading from the site linked below, but be sure to carefully follow the instructions.

If it doesn't work out for you, then you need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.
