I purchased a couple of days ago an Adobe CS3 production premium for Windos OS and after I install the software on my laptop, on my screen appears that my serial is an upgrade altough on the cover is not saying that. What should I do?

Peter84 it would appear you have purchased an upgrade for CS3. Do you have a previous qualifying version serial number to enter? If not then I would recommend contacting the retailer to return the software.
