I purchased a new camera with an Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5 disk. I have a windows pc with windows 8.1. I have downloaded and removed about 5 times. It says installed correctly but every time i hit the icon the pc freezes and I have to reboot HE

uninstall your lr 5.

install lr 5.7.1 and use your serial number to activate.
