I purchased A new computer, and want to add my photoshop, and premere elements 14 there also ( I believe I can install it on 2 machines) If not how do I move it from my old computer to the new one?

You may not copy from one computer to another, you must do a fresh install and enter your serial number

IF WINDOWS

Two ideas that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10 (and MAYBE Windows 11 ?)
-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window
-and/or select Run as Administrator to assign FULL Windows permissions

You can't move program files from one machine to another. You must install. Keep in mind that Elements 14 is 8 years out of date. Use at your own risk.

If you're on Win 10, use the installation disks you received at purchase. Otherwise, get new software. On Mac Monterrey with M1 chip, you'll need to run Elements 2022 on Rosetta 2.

So old that Adobe no longer has a direct download link

I do not know how far back this process will go, but try this link
-NOTE that you will have to search the site for your specific download

-the prodesign links go directly to Adobe's file server, so this process will

IF/When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device
-since Adobe does sometimes remove old versions from the server
-a usb flash drive or external hard drive, or write to a DVD
-plus a text file containing your serial number if you have a serial number program
