I purchased a plan but I cannot use it.
On August 16th, I purchased Adobe’s student price just in case I used my school mailbox. After the purchase, I received the email for the purchase, but my account page did not have any plan, nor did I Way to cancel. I don't know the telephone number of Adobe's after-sales service.
