i purchased adobe premiere pro three times !! but still i didnt receive active subscription !!

just now i have been advised to place new order and they promised me to proceed the order .. in chat they told me " Please wait while I transfer you to an operator at Adobe Service" and then nothing happened ???

three times purchase but nothing happened ??

what to do ... i will raise a complaint about all these

Faisal i just tried again and it looks like its not a problem with the card but its problem with my system.

this msg from adobe operator ... then he put me on hold & nothing happened

im keep posting new threads about the same issue because the issue is not yet solved .... and why you are deleting and lock my threads ? whats wrong with you if i posting my case in the ADOBE web site ?????
