I purchased an Acrobat 9 Professional and we no longer have the installation media

We try download replacement installers from this page Download Acrobat products | 9, 8 But it is not working with the key we have. Can anybody help us, please

    Hi Eamirna2014,

    Was this purchased for an Organization or was it purchased as an off the shelf product? The installer were different for a Retail ( Single user) compared to Business use product at that time. If this was purchased for Business use, I would request you to try and login to Licensing website using the Adobe ID of the purchaser and check if the download link is available or not.
