I purchased an adobe photoshop elements 13 software license on 14th Feb 2015.
I am trying to download it with no success as the adobe web sites are extremely confusing - I type adobe.com/go/getserial and get presented by dozens of confusing options.
After many trials, the one I got into did not recognise the serial number of my product..
Where do I go from Here???
