I purchased and need to download a Photoshop CS6 monthly subscription. I am on a deadline for a publisher. Why do you make it so hard?

    Please try logging into the Adobe ID for your subscription at https://creative.adobe.com/.  You can find details on how to download and install the software at http://forums.adobe.com/message/4396277#4396277?tstart=0.

    You may also want to check your SPAM filter as this information should also be in the Welcome e-mail you received after you signed up for your subscription.

    After spending 20 minutes searching and swearing, I still don't know if I'm waiting for a third email with confirmation of order or if the information in the first email saying go ahead and download is correct since I still cannot find any download links or serials among the information you've sent me??
