I purchased CS 5 in the UK in October 2010 for a Mac. I can't transfer the programs to my new mac. Any advice? Thanks!

    HI G.T.Morgan,

    Can you please share the error message that you are getting ? Are you transfering the data using Time Machine or any third party Back up tool ? if yes , kindly not use that , as that could cause Adobe Softwares not to work . If you wish to download CS5 , kindly use the following link to download and install it directly on to your new machine .

    You should not transfer programs from one machine to another, it seldom works.  You should download and install if you do not have installatons discs.

    You should be able to find your serial number thru your Adobe account online if you previously registered the software.

    Thank you both! I can't find the confirmation email - It associated with the University where I  was doing graduate work. Without that email, is there any hope of finding the product key?

    If you registered the product then the serial number could be available thru your Adobe account online.
