I purchased Elements 12 in March 2014 and have never been able to install it. Order numberAD011666146. please advise

I have never been able to install and activate Photoshop Elements 12 for which I paid $169 in March 2014.  your orders page says no such order, but I have a copy of all the paper work with the order number and serial number.
