1) I have deleted all my Adobe trial versions from my IMAC

2) I purchased AI

3) I downloaded AI, but I get the message that my trial version of AI has expired and that I should purchase AI

4) But I already purchased and paid for the single app AI

5) What to do now???

Sorry, I just found out that I only needed to log in with the correct Adobe account. Problem solved.

Suus2014 what version of Illustrator are you trying to license?  Also what version of Mac OS are you using?  Finally what process did you utilize to remove the previous installations of Illustrator?

Hi Jeff,
1)I purchased a license for Adobe Illustrator CC (and my expired trial version was for Adobe Illustrator CC)

2) I am using Mac OSX, 10.7.5

3) I just removed the previous installation with disable / remove Illustrator CC from the files programs

Sorry, I just found out that I only needed to log in with the correct Adobe account. Problem solved.
