I purchased Lightroom 6 and it won't install because it says windows vista not supported. How do I get it to work?

The instructions said lightroom 6 would install on Windows Vista home premium, but when I went to install it, it said os not supported - windows vista.  What do I do now?  I just bought the cd from Best Buy and was trying to install the program.  Thanks.

    Windows Vista is not compatible with Lightroom 6.

    If you are using Windows 7 or above version and installer is detecting Windows Vista ,

    Thank you Deepak.  I was afraid that was going to be the answer.  I followed the following product details information under operating system compatibility at the following link:  Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 WindowsMac Download Version by Office Depot & OfficeMax when I was researching.  Apparently they are providing incorrect information and I am hopeful adobe will set them straight.  I'll talk to my computer guy and see what we can do for operating system.  Thanks for your help!

    Since you say you bought from Best Buy, you should have looked at the BB page for information Photoshop Lightroom 6 - Windows|Mac - Best Buy

    And, I just looked, and the requirements page does NOT say Vista Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 WindowsMac Download Version by Office Depot & OfficeMax

    I don't know what you saw, but you mis-read something
