I purchased LR 6 as a download for my iMac ... during startup a get an error message regarding access ... the dialog box says send problem to adobe?

    additionally it gives me a brief error message saying that it can not create "library/Application/Sup..."

    Jamesb12294352 I am sorry that Lightroom is not opening.  Have you utilized the steps listed in Lightroom doesn't launch or closes automatically after splash screen? You are welcome to update this discussion if you have any questions regarding the steps listed within the document.
