I purchased on the 10th January this year, the yearly CC and Lightroom download. The CC downloaded as a 30 day trial. The Lr will not download, the message I get is 'trial expired'. (I downloaded this last year for the 30 dayfree trial). I have uni

I purchased on the 10/01/15 the yearly CC and Lightroom download. The CC installed but only as a 30 day trial. I had previously trialled the Lr app, which had expired, yet this would not download as at the end of downloading, the message said 'trial expired' and the only option was to 'buy'/  (which I have on the 12 monthly payment plan).  I used the name 'Benjoe9903' on a question a day ago, but cannot access this.  How do I find where this is.. I am  new to this kind on discussion and am getting really frustrated.  Please help

Verify that you signed in to the CC desktop app with the same Adobe ID you used to set up the subscription. If you haven't signed in, or if you signed in with a different Adobe ID, your installed software will not be associated with your subscription and you will get exactly the kinds of message you describe.
