    If something is downloading then the cookies issue might be moot.  Wait until after things download to see if it needs you to interact to get the installation in place.  If you end up with an exe file and a (large) zipped file, then run the exe file and it should extract/install the software from the zipped file.

    Can you show the complete message you say is  "something that says download not applicable"?

    You can also download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.


    Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

    how do i know if cookies are enabled in my browser?    also, i have started to download it...i am downloading something called file 1 of 2....it seems to be taking a long time....will it install automatically after i download it?
