I purchased Photoshop Elements 14 yesterday and am trying to download it to my iMac, cut it says my serial number is invalid.

I purchased Photoshop Elements 14 yesterday and I am trying to download it to my iMac. However, I'm getting the message that my serial number is invalid when I input it to activate the download.
