I purchased photoshop elements yesterday but it did not install. I have the serial number. What do I do now???

How do I install photoshop elements, which I bought yesterday, but didn't install? Where do I find it? How do I avoid being charged twice? And why can I not speak with someone and get this all straightened out?

Thank you for your help. I was able to reach chat support by clicking on

buy on the sales page and a drop down menu appeared that allowed me to

contact customer support about a current order, which mine was. The chat

person was not able to help me but connected me with a tech person who did,

indeed, help me download the program I needed. All is well now but it took

considerable time to make it all work. It was great, however, to chat with

a live person and not depend on the forum. Thanks.
