I purchased the CC membership and have yet to be upgraded. Day 6 now.

I tried to contact the support team several times via chat but to no avail. PLEASE HELP. Desperately need to use photoshop and would like to do so without having to download a non-copyrighted version.

Log in to Adobe.com using the adobe id you used to sign up for Creative Cloud. In the menu that appears on the left of the page, right under the CC logo is the word "APPS". Under that, the top item is "Desktop." Click on that. If you don't see a prompt to download the Creative Cloud Desktop app and Adobe Application Manager, download the CC app here: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and install it. Once it is installed and you have signed in to Creative Cloud in the app, you will be able to download and install any of the CC apps.
