I reactivated my membership, but when I downloaded Creative Cloud the apps were launching as 30 day trials even though I have payed?

I reactivated my membership a few days ago, but when I downloaded Creative Cloud the apps were launching as 30 day trials even though I have payed? I have signed out and in again, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared my browser history and cache, tried all of the suggestions online but nothing is working. Unsure of what to do as I really need these programmes and do not want to pay again.

Hi,

First, sign out and then back in to Creative Cloud, using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription,

Then, if you launch any CC 2015 product and the pop up still shows a Trial message window, please see this link for resolution:
