I really really need help...

Okay so im so interested in trying the Flash CC program and i was trying to get the trial, i downloaded creative cloud but it began to not respond, so i tried to uninstall the programs and restart my computer, then reinstall, then i tried restarting my computer more and i am just stuck now. I can't go to the website and properly download Creative Cloud for some reason? And when i click the download button for Flash CC it just doesn't do anything! I click it, my mouse shows up as loading something, and then it stops, then nothing happens. Please help!
