I rebuilt my machine and had to re-install Elements 14, but my serial number does not work now.

Hello,

I have rebuilt my machine and had to re-install Elements 14. How ever when I do to my account it shows no purchase history of the product and the serial number provided does not work now. Why has my purchased product disappeared? I only brought this on November 13, 2015.

    I am sorry you're experiencing difficulty with your Elements 14 serial number. If you registered your product, it should show up in your account under Plans & Products when you are signed in with the Adobe ID and password associated with the purchase. If this is not the case, you may want to try the solutions in these documents:

    Invalid serial number error

    Error "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Creative Suite‌.

    If neither of these fixes the problem, I recommend that you Contact Customer Care‌. Click the blue "Still Need Help" button and select the chat option. Chat representatives can access your account to see your purchased products and serial numbers. They can also search under alternate e-mails and phone numbers if necessary. Finally, they can reset your activations in case you already installed on two machines before the rebuild (exceeding your activation limit of two computers could cause your serial number to be rejected).
