I receive a "bad image" message anytime I open an application.

The error message I receive is below. Can you please tell me why I am receiving this message?

C:\Program Files\Adobe\AdobeCreativeCloud\CoreSyncExtension\CoreSync_x64.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

    Nobody can tell you anything without proper system information. Typically this error occurs when virus scanners interfere or damage files.
