I receive a massage when i try to install elements 11, and the message is installprogram can not initialize

    Hi Theo,

    Please tell us the name of the OS that you are using?

    If working on a windows machine, please go to "RUN" type msconfig & hit enter.

    Goto Services> click on "hide all microsoft services" then click on "disable all" then click ok & reboot the machine.

    then try to install the program & check if that works.

    Its on my MAC OS X version 10.9 Maverick

    Did you get the program from the App store of MAC or you purchased it from Adobe?
