I receive an invalid serial number message when attempting to reinstall Photoshop Elements 5

Hello JeffI am having the same problem. Over the years I have installed and activated Photoshop Elements a number of times. Each time I have also removed it before installing again. But now I cannot activate.I had a 'chat' with one of your colleagues who said I need to raise the issue on the forum - I am afraid the transcript of the chat does not include the case number.Could you reset my activations, please?m

BTW, I have photoshop elements 5. I picked up this thread about 6 as I knew you 'work' it!

M, what is the specific error you are receiving when you are installing Photoshop Elements 6? What operating system are you installing Photoshop Elements 6 on? Finally, why are you reinstalling Photoshop Elements 6? What happened to the previous installation?
