I receive Error 16 when opening Photoshop CC

i'm using a imac, since i downloaded the photoshop cc i'm getting this error message, error 16, i did everything i could i followed the instructions on the web site, but nothing is working

    I did this part, I changed the SLstore as indicate, restart the computer but nothing is working, i uninstal and reinstal, still nothing is working

    Hi kobocall1,

    Please try these steps to fix the issue.

    Please rename SLCache to SLCachce.old from /Library/Application Support/Adobe

    Try to Launch Photoshop CC and see whether it is working or not.

    If in case it doesnt work then delete the SLCache folder from the above mentioned location and uninstall and reinstall Photoshop CC. It should fix the issue.
