Question

I receive error -60 when I try install Edge Animate

I also have issues downloading edge animate. System requirements fulfilled, by the way.

Download in Application Manager starts, then I see 1% downloaded, then the whole thing freezes, and after about a minute I get a message "installation error - Download seems to be damaged. Click "abort", wait a few minutes and then try again. (-60)"

Doing so does not work, restarting pc does not work, switching off firewall and virus scan does not work.

Please help, it is so frustrating and annoying!

Thanks

Branching this to a separate discussion.  TEAMniel if you are on a managed network please work with your I.T. department to ensure the Adobe Application Manager/PDApp.exe has full access to download our software.

If you are on a home or unmanaged network then I would recommend reviewing Sign in or activation errors | CS6, CS5.5 Subscriptions, CS6 Perpetual - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html.

Had a look to the posted site and checked point by point, everything is ok according to that ... nevertheless, thanks for the hint.

I would recommend checking your software firewall settings then.  Make sure that it is allowing all connections to the Adobe Application Manager/PDApp.exe.
