I received an error while changing my membership plan and I was WRONGLY CHARGED!

I recently attempted to change my membership plan last week, however this wasn't completed and I received an error message. However, I then received messages from PayPal saying I have been CHARGED 5 TIMES BY ADOBE even though I never changed the membership plan because an error stopped the process.

I have previously contacted PayPal about cancelling my transactions and receiving a refund for my membership change, they mentioned that the merchant (Adobe) is responsible for cancelling the transaction and not taking money from my account. I have been attempting to contact Adobe about cancelling and refunding my incorrect transactions, on Sunday I was informed that I would be refunded within 24 - 48 hours and I would receive the money back on my PayPal account.

It has been THREE DAYS NOW and I STILL haven't received my refund! I am growing very impatient and demand that I receive my refund now. The customer care service has been very unhelpful and they seem to be ignoring my problem on purpose. When am I getting my money back?

Hi,

To be charged for 5 times ,you have to place 5 orders . If you tried to change your plans 5 times, Paypal will receive 5 requests and if these requests are refused, Paypal will still send you a message as if you have been charged except that no real charge has been taken.
