I reinstalled Creative Cloud, Acrobat and Indesign several times, and every second day they stop working and I have to reinstall them again due to configuration error 16. How can I fix it?

Since I bought the applications 3 weeks ago I have trouble consistently. All applications work for 1-2 days and then I get the configuration error message '16' and I can't run the software anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled all for approximately 7 times now, with the help of Adobe support remotely also. I am working on Windows 10, I need a solution please, this is annoying.
