i reinstalled my iMac, did uninstall/unregister PS before, now i can not install it, the serial number does not work..

Hi, as the topic says..

i reinstalled my mac after i unregistered and uninstalled PS before.

now i can´t install PS again, the licenskey does not work.

The same goes for my PS elements

Any help would be nice

    Are you getting a specific error message? If it is "Invalid serial number" or "The serial number is not valid for this product", please try the troubleshooting steps in the following help documents:

    If you are getting an error that your activation limit has been reached, you may not have deactivated your software before reformatting your iMac. In that case, Contact Customer Care‌ by chat or phone to reset your activation count. You may also contact Customer Care if the solutions in the above documents do not resolve the error messages mentioned. Chat and phone representatives are unable to provide technical troubleshooting for older software, but they can assist with activation and serial number issues.
