I renewed the subscription 24 hrs. ago and yet the app. keep saying pay

Hi, i renewed the sub. for the illustrator annual plan 24 hrs. ago, and yet the app. wont start, i received an order confirmation as well.

and the support time has no clue.

Sign out from Creative Cloud app. Then sign in again. Make sure that you sign in using the same name and email address that you used for the the account you updated. You may also want to resstart your machine before doing this.
