I repeatedly failed when downloading files Acrobat_2015_Web_WWMUI.exe then I tried again to begin click download. but after 5 times I tried, it now appears a notice like this:

"Sorry,

Too many download attempts: 5. You were allowed to download only 5 times.

If you have any questions, please contact Digital River Customer Service at CustomerServices@digitalriver.com."

how can I re-download the file?
