I replaced my iMac with a new one. Time Machine failed to properly reload Photoshop Elements 12.

I replaced my iMac with a new one.  Time Machine failed to properly reload Photoshop Elements 12.  I have my order number and serial numbers.  How do I re-downlaod the software?

    Transferring Adobe software does not work.  YOu need to install using installation files.
